Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will work closely with our Retail Manager to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Welcomeing customers and providing assistance with their queries;
  • Stocking and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising products;
  • Maintaining a clean and organised store environment;
  • Processing transactions at the register while ensuring excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic;
  • Previous pharmacy or retail experience (desired);
  • Cash handling and register skills;
  • Strong communication skills between all stakeholders;
