About This Opportunity

This is a highly sought-after position supporting the development of athletes in winter sports.

You will work in a collaborative environment, designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs to enhance physical qualities and reduce injury risk for athletes.

The role requires strong technical expertise, with the ability to analyze data, interpret results, and communicate effectively with coaches and athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement strength and conditioning programs for winter sport athletes
  • Provide technical support and services to enhance physical preparation and reduce injury risk
  • Maintain and operate sport science equipment and facilities
  • Analyze and interpret data, summarizing and communicating results to stakeholders

This exciting opportunity supports the Winter Sports programs and Snow Australia Performance Pathways Programs. You will be working out of the National Snow Sports Training Centre (NSTC) in Jindabyne, NSW.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in conditioning/physical preparation program design and implementation
  • Strong passion for winter snow sports
  • Able to work independently as part of a high-performance team
  • Experience in maintenance, technical operation, and related procedures/protocols of sport science equipment and facilities
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, summarize, and communicate relevant data/results
