Strength Coach Role

We're seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable strength coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals through proper form, programming, and progression.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about fitness and has a strong desire to help others reach their full potential. Our ideal candidate will have experience in either group fitness or personal training (or both) and be a genuine 'people person' who notices details and connects with clients.

We are committed to providing ongoing mentorship and development opportunities to help our coaches grow professionally. This includes training in business operations & leadership, as well as a clear growth pathway to a managerial position as our gym expands.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Certification in Fitness (Cert III & IV)
  • Minimum 1 year of coaching experience (PT or Group)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
