Job Opportunity

This role involves leading a large-scale transformation program, which requires an experienced Training and Development Coordinator to design and deliver engaging training strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive training plans to support the program's objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of training with business needs.
  • Manage the full training lifecycle, including needs assessment, content development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions and oversee training schedules.
  • Analyze training outcomes and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end training design and delivery within complex programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to create compelling training resources (guides, modules, videos, etc.).
Requirements
  • Hold AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
  • Prior experience with Agile project delivery and change management frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
