Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver transformative training programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, FAQs, and video tutorials.
  • Host instructor-led and virtual sessions to facilitate collaborative learning.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support through Q&A sessions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Proven experience in creating engaging training content for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to different learner groups.
  • Proficiency with training tools and platforms.
  • Security clearance: minimum NV2 (TSPV preferred).
