Business Intelligence Analyst Position

As a key member of our organization's Financial Planning & Analysis function, you will play a critical role in the effective management and continuous improvement of financial systems, data models, reporting frameworks, and data governance processes.

About The Role

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, analytically strong, and business-savvy, with the ability to translate data into insights and insights into action. You will contribute to building a modern, scalable, and reliable Business Intelligence environment that empowers users across the organization.

You will work collaboratively with Finance, Technology, and cross-functional teams across the business. This includes:

  • Managing cross-functional projects, with a focus on finance technology or data transformation.
  • Delivering profit and loss, financial operations, and budget/forecast reporting.
  • Enhancing the organization's analytical capabilities by ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial data and insights provided to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Business Intelligence Developer, Reporting Analyst, or Data Analyst role.
  • Proven experience in BI and reporting with financial teams delivering profit and loss, financial operations, and budget/forecast reporting.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other visualization tools.
  • Experience in DAX and Power Query.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and relational databases.
