Early Childhood Educator Trainee

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children from birth to 5 years old, providing a safe and nurturing environment that supports their learning and development.

Job Description:

As an Early Childhood Educator Trainee, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and education to our youngest learners. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, implementing educational programs, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
