Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging and inclusive educational programs
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and collaborative teamwork
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education and child development
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Proof of immunisation against COVID-19 - three doses
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella & Whooping Cough (Pertussis) or willing to obtain
