Job Title: Gardener L1We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Gardener L1. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about horticulture and has a strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental practices.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our outdoor spaces, including gardens, parks, and other areas of natural beauty. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report any hazards or defects in equipment or work areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections of outdoor spaces to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the appearance and maintenance of outdoor spaces.
  • Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Completed a Parks and Gardens Certificate III, a Landscaping Certificate III, a Greenkeeping Certificate III or equivalent.
  • Orchre card.
  • Class C Driver's Licence (manual).
  • First Aid Certificate.
