Electrical Estimator

As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality design-and-construct projects. Our diverse project pipeline ensures that you will be constantly challenged and engaged.

About the Role
  • You will prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects, taking into account detailed quantity take-offs, labour and material costings, and overheads.
  • Collaboration with engineering, project management, and procurement teams is essential to meet tender deadlines.
  • Utilizing industry-recognised estimating software for digital take-offs and pricing will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of supplier pricing, market rates, and relevant electrical standards is crucial for success in this role.
Your Skills and Experience
  • A proven track record as an electrical estimator in D&C, commercial, or industrial environments is necessary.
  • Proficiency with electrical estimating software and digital take-off tools is required.
  • High attention to detail and ability to assess risks in tendering are essential skills.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are vital.
