Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Plant Operations Executive to spearhead the development and execution of our medium and long-term plant management strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing plant accounting, overseeing maintenance strategies, and ensuring best practices in preventative maintenance.

This is a challenging opportunity that requires a commercially astute individual with strong decision-making skills and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of improvements, optimizations, and acquisition opportunities.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the plant asset register and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on changes to policies and legislation affecting reporting requirements.
  • Manage outsourced plant administration tasks.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also contribute to enterprise-wide decision making and participate in shaping our agenda around customer-centricity, safety, sustainability, diversity, innovation, digital enablement, and business improvement activities.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in plant operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
