
Director of Business Growth

This is a pivotal position in our business development and revenue operations function. As the Head of Commercial Operations, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising our sales, referral, and business development engine.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales leadership, or growth roles, with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial advice and property investment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Team Development: Hire, train, and manage a national network of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on lead generation and client onboarding.
- Referral & Partner Channel Growth: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with accountants, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and SMSF-related professionals.
- Commercial Operations: Refine CRM usage, pipeline tracking, and lead qualification systems. Build performance dashboards and lead conversion reports.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align commercial goals with marketing campaigns and compliance requirements. Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure risk-managed client onboarding.
