Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ICT strategies and roadmaps that meet customer needs
  • Direct involvement in sales opportunities, working closely with customers to understand their business needs
  • Interaction as to our future product roadmap via direct interaction with the individual product owners
  • Provide expert advice on solution design, encompassing Private/Public Cloud, iPaaS, Identity Management, Mobility, Managed Services (core infrastructure), Networking and Digital Transformation
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Comparable experience in solution design and/or consulting capacity
  • Demonstrable commercial understanding concerning solution deliverables
  • Extensive exposure to Cloud; private, public & hybrid, Core Infrastructure Managed Services (End User Computing, Network Management, Security Management)
  • Proven presentation skills, be it in technical workshops, ICT roadmaps or tailored documentation
  • Customer ownership (engage and service a portfolio of customers)
  • Engagement prowess, up to and including C-Level officers
  • Experience working for a Managed Services Provider or Systems Integrator
