Job OverviewThe Endava Google Cloud team is on a mission to assist companies in transforming how they deliver products to their customers. We seek an accomplished technologist to join our new multi-cloud Infrastructure and Delivery Unit, tasked with delivering Cloud Landing Zones and modernization projects for various key accounts and industry domains.
Main Responsibilities- Work with customers to design and build cloud-based infrastructures and landing zones
- Assist with the creation of Infrastructure architectures and technical documentation
- Design and implement secure foundational cloud implementations
- Automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications
- Cloud-ready applications architecture
- Deliver end-to-end cloud-based infrastructure management solutions
- Present Infrastructure modernization strategy to C-level executives
- Improvements to monitoring, logging, and observability in Client environments
- Defining and implementing cloud infrastructure governance and building deployment standards
- Working cross-functionally with our delivery management team
What skills do you need?
- Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development
- Experience with virtualization: servers, storage, networks
- Google Cloud Platform certification, along with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience using its suite of tools, is required
- Experience with infrastructure-based processes such as:
- Monitoring
- Capacity planning
- Performance tuning
- Disaster Recovery
- Experience with Google's Cloud Foundation Toolkit and Landing Zone implementations
- Experience with data centre exit strategies
