About the Role

As a key member of our Global People and Culture team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Capability and Development division to equip our people with the skills and knowledge needed to drive business growth and success.

The Learning and Development Advisor is responsible for managing the delivery, implementation, and evaluation of capability and leadership development programs that align with Macquarie's strategic goals. This includes managing signature programs such as our Director Leadership Program, Success at Macquarie Orientation, and the learning calendar for our Early Careers Talent across our ANZ region.

You will work closely with the global Capability and Leadership Development team and broader HR community to support the delivery of our suite of products across the ANZ region, including Discover Macquarie, Global Talent Masterclasses, and bespoke training sessions as required.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale learning programs and projects to achieve desired outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including the global Capability and Leadership Development team, HR, and external vendors
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and development
  • Analyze program data and provide insights to inform future development initiatives
