Job Description">

We are seeking an administrative professional to join our Defence team as a Project Support Officer.

The successful candidate will assist the project team in managing information, tasks, and queries, maintaining web portals and SharePoint, and performing general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve trackers, tools, metrics, reports, plans, guides, frameworks, filing structures, business rules, and processes.
  • Manage information, tasks, and queries.
  • Maintain web portals, SharePoint, and internet pages.
  • Perform general administration duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess recent experience in Project Support or administration within the Defence sector, experience with Defence administration tools, excellent writing skills, process documentation development experience, and relevant qualifications and training.
