
Family and Peer Support Specialist

This position plays a vital part in our multidisciplinary team, requiring an empathic Family and Peer Support Specialist to form meaningful connections and collaborate in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of mental health services.
Main Responsibilities- Develop effective relationships with clients and colleagues to foster a supportive environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health programs and services.
- Evaluate and improve existing services to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting families and carers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements- Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
