Manning Support Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Clinical team.
The ideal candidate will operate within funding models to identify home modifications and provide assessments.
They will work in a fast-paced environment aimed at assisting older people to remain living in their own homes, delivering exceptional services and empowering client choice.
The successful candidate will be working with clients in various settings, including but not limited to, home and community environments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct home modification assessments and provide recommendations for safe and accessible living spaces.
- Deliver functional assessments to support clients' daily living needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting.
