Lead Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing centre and drive success through exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the centre's operations, including production management, quality control, customer service, and stakeholder management. Your expertise in leadership and people management will be crucial in building and maintaining a positive work environment, fostering growth and development among team members, and ensuring the site remains safe and compliant with WHS policies and procedures.

Your ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions will enable you to drive business results and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the production workshop, ensuring targets are met and vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicle repairs meet AMA quality expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster positive relationships with work providers, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and KPIs to inform business decisions and drive performance improvements.
