Senior Operations Coordinator Job

This is a full-time role as part of the site management team. The position ensures adherence to operating consents and licenses, oversees financial processes, and identifies opportunities for business improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Operational consent and Environmental Protection license
  • Support the safe and efficient operation of the quarry, including Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance
  • Compile and track monthly production costs, aligning with the production plan and budget
  • Complete high-level operational reporting
  • Perform administration tasks, including HR, customer engagement, community engagement, and procurement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Finance, Mining, or Civil Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a compliance manager or similar role
  • Experience in office management
  • Practical experience in a similar role
  • Business analysis experience in a mining or quarrying industry
