We are seeking an experienced risk and insurance specialist to join our team as a Senior Account Executive. This pivotal role involves managing a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-market clients, guiding them through their risk management and risk transfer needs.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your insurance broking expertise to deliver tailored support and advice to our clients. Your exceptional communication skills will enhance client relationships and foster productive partnerships with insurers.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing existing portfolios of mid-market and corporate accounts with a focus on strategic account management.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new business accounts.
- Negotiating effectively with insurers to secure optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Providing account administration, report writing, client claims support, and debtor control services.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in General Insurance Broking.
- Diploma in Financial Services (Broking) or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with Office 365, Sunrise, Insight, SCTP, and insurer underwriting portals.
- Proven technical knowledge to advise on a broad range of commercial insurance products.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
