We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to join our Commercial Claims team at Suncorp Group as an Insurance Claims Excellence Specialist.

Job Summary:
This pivotal role involves working closely with the team leader and technical specialists in training, coaching, mentoring, and uplifting capability in managing claims across specialist products such as Professional Indemnity, Financial Lines, and Injury Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored coaching and training programs to enhance individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with frontline leaders and technical specialists to develop and implement performance and development plans focused on technical excellence.
- Design and integrate processes and learning frameworks that align with Commercial Claims business objectives.
- Conduct capability reviews with senior claims officers, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Leverage subject matter expertise to deploy appropriate learning strategies, minimizing operational disruptions while maximizing impact.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A strong focus on uplifting claims decision-making and enhancing customer outcomes through innovative coaching and mentoring.
- Advanced knowledge of general insurance principles and the end-to-end claims process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
