About the Role
  • You'll work with clients to assess their nutritional needs, identify areas for improvement and implement personalized interventions to help them reach their health goals.
  • Develop high-quality reports and clinical case notes that capture key insights and progress.

As a skilled Nutrition Professional, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop tailored plans to support clients' goals.
  • Train support workers and family members on client nutrition needs ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated participant care advocating for access to necessary nutrition support when needed.

Key Responsibilities include: Nutrition and dietetic assessments for various age groups, training support workers and family members on client nutrition needs, developing NDIS reports and maintaining thorough clinical case notes.

Requirements
  • Professional certification in Nutrition or Dietetics.
  • Relevant experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively with other health professionals.
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check.
