We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our Canberra store.

**Your Role**

You'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, providing world-class customer service, and maintaining a deep knowledge of our products. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Recruiting, managing, and mentoring the store team to ensure they have the skills and support needed to excel
  • Creating an engaging and inclusive store environment that showcases our brand and products
  • Working closely with our Visual Merchandising team to ensure the store's visual appeal aligns with our brand identity
  • Driving sales growth and exceeding targets by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide your team
  • A strong understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a personalized and engaging experience
