As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying, supporting and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure to drive business growth. Your role will involve developing and implementing cloud infrastructure that supports our hosted applications and services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of public cloud principles and practical application of the principles, cloud services and security. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing cloud infrastructure that supports our hosted applications and services
  • Building automation leveraging CI/CD processes, automated testing and other software development best practices
  • Optimizing platform performance through server performance analysis and diagnostic logs
  • Implementing cloud security measures and controls in alignment with industry standard best practice and compliance requirements

You will also be required to maintain detailed documentation of data flow, infrastructure architecture and standard operating procedures. This will ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking an individual with 2+ years' experience in platform engineering with a focus on cloud solutions (Azure & AWS). A strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS models is essential. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation is highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud security principles and practices is also important. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities and be available on a 24x7x365 basis when needed for production impacting incidents or key customer events.
