The Role

This role focuses on increasing productivity, capability, and resilience of volunteer run community tennis clubs. The successful candidate will work closely with local clubs to improve digital enablement outcomes and administrative capabilities.

  • Support clubs in administering and maintaining digital platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy of participant records and assist with data collation/reports.
  • Create marketing collateral as requested by clubs.
  • Help clubs create customised social media and web-based marketing materials and plans.
  • Support clubs with customer service channels.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications or experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Webpage Design & Content.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with others.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationships and stakeholder management.
  • A Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Flexibility in working hours and arrangements.
