We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
In this role, you will work closely with the P&C Coordinator to complete onboarding tasks, update and maintain employee records, monitor data input processes, and identify and rectify instances of non-compliance.
You will also be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, addressing general HR queries, and providing guidance as needed.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Complete onboarding tasks for new hires into the HRIS, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is accurately entered and processed.
- Update and maintain employee records, including personal details and job changes.
- Monitor data input processes to ensure consistency and data integrity.
- Identify and rectify instances of non-compliance, developing strategies for resolution in conjunction with the team.
- Diploma or previous experience in Human Resource Management (desired).
- Prior experience in the early education and care industry (desired, not essential).
- High level of computer skills and administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data.
- Process-driven with a strong compliance focus.
- Exceptionally strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt within a constantly changing environment.
