About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced parking professional to lead our car park team at Westfield Miranda. In this exciting opportunity, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our car parks operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the parking experience.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring processes and standards are met, and maintaining a sense of operational awareness amongst the team.
  • Analyse data to extract trends and insights, unlocking future opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained within the car park and collaborate with the Centre Risk and Security Manager on Workplace Health and Safety initiatives.
  • Develop and report against key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget targets.

  • Experience leading high-performing teams to deliver quality customer experiences.
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Commercial awareness and a willingness to learn and understand business financials.
  • A full driver's licence.
