Valet Parking at Westfield Sydney is designed to enhance our customer's experience from arrival to departure. It's not just about parking—it's about providing a seamless, elevated touch that transforms each visit into something extraordinary and unforgettable.

As the **Valet Parking Team Leader**, you'll be at the heart of delivering this exceptional service. Working closely with the Valet Parking Supervisor as their trusted 2IC, you'll take ownership of overseeing operations, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring every detail of the valet experience reflects our premium standards.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

- Partner with the Valet Parking Supervisor to lead, mentor, and empower the valet team to deliver an outstanding, premium-level customer service.
- Oversee the daily valet operations and team, ensuring every aspect is run smoothly, efficient, and high-standard service delivery across operating hours (6:00 AM - midnight).
- Use data insights to identify trends and future opportunities for service and operational improvements.
- Drive the importance of the valet offering, ensuring it consistently exceeds customer expectations and enhances their experience.

We are offering this position as a full-time permanent role at Westfield Sydney, with weekend shifts included on a rotating roster.
