We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Vice-Chancellor and President of Macquarie University.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice-Chancellor, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the University to deliver projects and programs.
- Analyse operational procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive reporting skills to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on administrative matters.
