We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Vice-Chancellor and President of Macquarie University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice-Chancellor, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the University to deliver projects and programs.
  • Analyse operational procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive reporting skills to inform decision-making.
