The Warehouse Lead is a senior role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of forklift operators and ensure timely and accurate goods receipt and dispatch.
  • Servicing of materials to 9 filling lines, pallet management, and waste collection.
  • Coordinate cycle counting, ensure materials are properly stored in the warehouses, and manage site contacts.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team with an excellent track record for safety performance.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and/or experience in warehouse management.
  • Current forklift license.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Confident communicator, able to multi-task, prioritise, and adapt to change.
  • Good organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with customer service focus
  • Competent computer skills is essential with experience using SAP preferred.
