Lead Mechanical Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead our Adelaide-based mechanical team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for end-to-end project involvement, technical leadership, and providing practical solutions to enhance client operations.

About the Role

This technical leadership role is ideal for an engineer passionate about solving complex design challenges and adding value. You will work with major resources operators across mining, oil & gas, and industry, and be involved in projects involving solvent extraction, crystallisation, and metallurgical principles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Adelaide Mechanical Team
  • Collaborate with process engineers to provide innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain P&ID's within multi-disciplined engineering teams
  • Mentor and develop your team while delivering outstanding design solutions

Requirements

You must have a thorough understanding of plant process requirements, practical implications of designs, and excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with professionals.
