As a Duty Manager or Assistant Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, inspiring and mentoring your team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across bars, restaurants, and accommodation
  • Inspire and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Elevate guest experiences by handling inquiries and resolving issues
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory while maintaining efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Approved Manager License
  • Experience managing teams in a hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills with excellent communication
  • Ability to manage conflict and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in high-volume food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environments
