The Role:

As the Duty Manager in our Front Office, you will support our Front Office Manager to inspire and develop a high performing team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. You will lead with energy and efficiency, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous growth.

With strong business acumen, you will excel in rostering, productivity and optimisation performance. Your genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience - you will naturally set the tone, fostering an atmosphere where both our guests and team members thrive.

About you:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in hotel front office operations and leadership
  • A strong ability to inspire and develop the team, fostering a positive and future focused culture
  • Proficiency in Hotel IT systems and a solid understanding of hotel operations
  • Proven ability to handle service recovery with professionalism and care
  • Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster
  • Fantastic time management and organisational skills.
