**Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to support our growing team of Industrial Sales and Leasing operators based in North Sydney on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director and be responsible for building strong relationships with our close-knit, dynamic sales team. With a proactive approach and high attention to detail, you will excel in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format submissions, reports, and client documentation.
  • Assist with marketing materials preparation.
  • Process invoices and expense claims.
  • Maintain files and update our client database.

**Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Recent experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within property.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • High attention to detail and intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
  • A proactive approach to work and willingness to learn.

**Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
