About The Position

The successful candidate will champion service excellence for customers, enhance store and team performance, and drive sales and growth at the store. With safety as a core focus in everything that is done, the store manager will be responsible for driving sales and productivity while identifying and coordinating individual training and development needs.

About You

Leverage your diverse skills and operational experience to take responsibility for leading, mentoring, and empowering staff; ensuring compliance and safe work practices; and maximising store performance. Drive sales targets and business initiatives while ensuring superior service delivery. An eye for detail and a talent for recognising and proactively driving continuous improvement are qualities we value.

Key Skills And Experience We Are Seeking
  • Influencing and mentoring skills
  • Effective relationship management with key stakeholders
  • Commitment to health and safety
  • Certificate IV in Front Line Management desirable
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills

Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this role; however, it is not essential. Training will be provided to assist you to succeed in the role.
