Recruitment Professional

We are seeking a skilled and driven recruitment professional to join our Sydney West office. As a specialist in the recruitment of white-collar roles, you will be responsible for managing the process from interview to offer stage and beyond.

About the Role:

  • Identify and develop new and existing client/business relationships
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment
  • Meet agreed KPI targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a professional customer-focused role
  • Experience working in a professional environment, meeting deadlines and working towards KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and results-driven attitude
