About the Role

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to join our Corporate Systems team in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Canberra. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, analysis, build, testing, and implementation of our projects.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Design, configure, and build the SAP HR application.
  • Perform ICT solution reviews for SAP HR solutions.
  • Coach DHS resources to continue to build our expertise in the SAP HR environment.
  • Oversee the planning, detailed design, and delivery of quality solutions for SAP HR.
  • Participate as a key member of the ICT development team to provide the functional deliverables for the project.
  • Develop innovative and creative solutions based on interpretation and analysis of business requirements.
  • Convert business requirements to system design and technical specifications.
  • Engage, liaise, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
  • At least five years demonstrated current SAP configuration experience in one or more of the following SAP HR modules in an Australian Public Sector environment: Personal Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Learning Management System, Public Sector Leave Management.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in preparation of detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation, and other implementation documentation.
  • Experience with SAP Read Access Logging functionality.
