Responsibilities

  • Assist and complete individual and group reservations for our guests.
  • Lead our Reservations team and ensure a smooth start to our guests' stay.
  • Meet the needs of inbound FIT reservations and groups.
  • Maintain fluency with the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Service-oriented with an eye for detail.
  • Confident & articulate communication, relationship & networking skills.
