Commercial & Materials Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial & Materials Coordinator to join our team at ALG, a well-established commercial organisation based at Tullamarine Airport. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a busy environment and gain hands-on experience in a commercial coordinator role within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate commercial activities and ensure smooth operations in the component maintenance shop.
- Analyse supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the team and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
Requirements:
- Relevant industry experience in Aviation (desirable).
- Intermediate IT skills.
- Business degree or relevant qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work safely and adhere to all safety requirements.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Willingness to undergo a full security clearance process.
- Willingness to undergo Drug and Alcohol testing.
