Job Title: Regional Business Solutions Specialist

This position focuses on driving sales growth for products, services, and solutions in a designated territory. Key responsibilities include building long-term partnerships with customers, preparing and reviewing proposals, qualifying inquiries, and providing technical solutions that create win-win outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain strong customer relationships to drive mutual benefit.
  • Develop and review technical and commercial proposals within set timeframes.
  • Evaluate customer inquiries and formulate strategies to secure orders.
  • Prioritize customer needs by delivering tailored technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical, commercial, or financial issues related to proposals or orders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical or process engineering with relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English Language.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and self-motivation with excellent networking skills.
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual who thrives in a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Background in commercial/business leadership or business development.
  • Familiarity with process equipment (burners, flares, thermal oxidisers, mass transfer, phase separation equipment).
  • Experience working in or familiarity with process plant environments.
