KYC Enhanced Due Diligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a KYC Enhanced Due Diligence Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough KYC Enhanced Due Diligence activities for financial institutions
- Ensure adherence to management information reporting, process, procedure and policies
- Develop high-quality KYC profiles and address quality issues in a timely manner
- Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Identify and highlight any audit and compliance issues proactively
- Effectively investigate potential suspicious transaction alerts and prepare disposition reports
- Proven experience working in a similar role as a KYC Analyst for large financial institutions
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working on enhanced customer due diligence (ecdd)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a good understanding of financial banking products, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and other regulatory areas
- Familiarity with research tools such as Lexis-Nexis, World-Check, Banker's Almanac etc
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
This is a 12-month contract position based in Melbourne CBD with an onsite work environment.
