Job Description

The Engagement Manager is a key role at Cognizant, responsible for leading client engagements and driving project success. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday implementation methodology and product suite
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • Previous Workday experience preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Internet technology and Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll
  • PMP certification a plus
