AI Practice Engagement Manager

About the Role

As an AI Practice Engagement Manager, you will contribute to creating and delivering communication strategies across a portfolio of areas, collaborating closely with members of the AI leadership teams to draft and deliver communications activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to creating and delivering communication strategies across a portfolio of areas
  • Collaborate closely with members of the AI leadership teams to draft and deliver communications activity
  • Create and drive compelling narratives, campaigns, and internal communication opportunities
  • Support the AI Practice Senior Manager in executing the AI communication plans
Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Proven experience in an internal focused communications role, managing business communication strategy and implementation
  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to simplify complex messages
  • Proven technical expertise and an ability to contribute to and execute strategic programs of work and tactical activities
  • An ability to apply sound judgement to ensure communications strategies reflect and align to the broader AI narrative
  • An obsession for delivering effective communications that is focused on improving the lived experiences of our customers
