We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping job seekers achieve their employment goals.
- Job Description: As an Employment Consultant, you will be responsible for empowering job seekers to become work-ready and secure sustainable employment.
- Your Key Responsibilities: You will source employment opportunities for your job seekers, help them identify their skills and abilities, and deliver outstanding customer service to both job seekers and employers.
- Deliver Training and Support Services: You will increase the capacity of job seekers for employment through training and support services, creating a joint job plan with each job seeker to support a clear pathway to employment.
- Build Relationships: You will build relationships with local employers and community organisations to provide job seekers with access to job opportunities.
You will be based at our Strathpine site, working within a productive and collaborative environment. We offer full training and support to help you turn your skills into a new career in Employment Services.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingsness to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
