At Woolworths Group, we have a critical role available for a dedicated individual to join our Cleaning and Trolley Collection team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that ensures trolleys are available for use and our stores are in pristine condition.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with their team to complete allocated tasks from the daily planner, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms, as well as emptying bins.
  • Additionally, they will collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas, working across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • The ideal candidate will also assist customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions, while receiving full training in operating various equipment and tools to make their job easier and safer.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Physical fitness, as the position involves physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and car parks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
