Expert Perioperative Pharmacist Wanted

As a clinical pharmacist, you will be responsible for delivering expert perioperative services.
This involves providing specialised medicines advice to optimise patient outcomes as patients transition through the surgical pathway.
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team is key to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care within the perioperative and surgical settings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital setting, with expertise in surgical, medical, and cardiology specialties.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver expert perioperative pharmacy services.
- Provide medicines advice to optimise patient outcomes.
- Support education and research activities.
- Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Key skills and qualifications include sound knowledge of AdPha guidelines, effective communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and strong clinical judgement.
