Casual Optical Assistant Role

We are seeking an individual to fill a Casual Optical Assistant position. As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting customers' frame styling and eyecare needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and provide exceptional support to customers.
  • Assist with frame styling and eyecare needs, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet operational requirements.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
