Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team at one of our childcare centres in Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and supporting their learning and development.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and educational environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of young children. You will work closely with other educators and centre staff to develop and implement high-quality programs that meet the needs of all children.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, as well as current certifications in Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR and First Aid. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality education and care to children aged 0-6 years.
  • To develop and implement engaging and challenging programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • To work collaboratively with other educators and centre staff to achieve centre goals and objectives.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
  • Current certifications in Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR and First Aid.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
