Early Childhood Practitioner Role

This role requires a dedicated and skilled individual to work within the Early Learning Centre. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to develop and grow
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a team-based approach to delivering services

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Appropriate qualification in childcare and education (e.g., SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, SCQF level 7 equivalent)
  • Experience working within Early Years settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Information:

This role requires registration with the SSSC. If not registered yet, you can still apply, but you must apply for registration within 3 months of starting and be registered within 6 months.
